Permanently delete your FitBot AI account and associated cloud data.

Delete Some Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can remove individual data in the app at any time — deleted items are removed from our servers immediately:

• Weight history entries  • Logged meals and food items  • Water logs  • Injury records — each can be deleted from its own screen in the app.

To request deletion of any other specific data (for example progress photos or your AI coach history) while keeping your account, email us from your account's email address and tell us what you'd like removed. We complete data deletion requests within 30 days.

Your profile, logs, and saved account data will be deleted.

This will sign you out and remove FitBot AI data stored on this device.

This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Open FitBot AI

Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings

Tap the profile icon or menu in the app, then select Settings.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion

Type DELETE to confirm, then tap the delete button. Your account and all associated cloud data will be permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

Removed

  • Your profile and saved account data
  • Logs and tracked data
  • FitBot AI data stored on your device

Not Affected

  • Active subscriptions
    Must be cancelled separately in Apple / Google settings
  • Apple Health / Health Connect data

Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled

Deleting your FitBot AI account does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop being charged.

Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to sign in or access the app to delete your account, email us and we'll delete your account manually. Please include the email address associated with your account.
